In the following we introduce an application for Android and IPhone devices. You get the phone´s state (e.g. battery level) and events (phone calls, received SMS, phone´s GPS location) occured on your phone right away presented on the mNode web portal (this web page). Additionaly you can control your phone from the web portal. For example, write a SMS directly form the web portal without even touching your phone. You do not need to be connected via WIFI, USB, or bluetooth this even works if you have left your phone at home.
You can control your phone remotely:
It notifies you on calls and SMS received by the phone. As soon as the phone rings, a popup is opened on your webrowser showing the callers name, phone number or the SMS text. You have the option to reject, and to hang up the phone call. You can initiate a phone call simply by pressing a link on the mNode web portal or by seraching your contacts on the mNode web portal. You can write a SMS by simply pressing the link reply on a received SMS or pressing the link sms on a received call. As described for initiating a call you can search for a contact and write a sms.
You can track your and / or your phone´s location by simply pressing the link track location on the mNode web portal. Your location track will then be presented in an Google Maps View with some additions.
You get an overview of your phone´s state. E.g. battery level, connected wifi network etc.
